          From Tools -> Security Console - IT Security Manager Role 


    User Category Options




  • Job role only give access to Front End Pages. 
  • To transact anything on pages should have Data access
  1. For Subledeger Modules - Business unit access
  2. For GL - Ledeger access
  • Abstract Role is for Self Service Pages there is no need of data access



















After clicking Next Train structure will be appeared like below




Customizing / Creating Role

Wherever Dropdown or LOV there will be list as Data Security Policy in Role

Role Hierarchy is nothing but duty roles


Certificates in Administration
Encryption and Decryption Demo with PGP Tool
